The logo consists of blue and white colours, and the letter “O” seems to have been inspired by the Pepsi logo. This logo update coincides with the merger of Korean Air with Asiana Airlines earlier this year. The updated logo consists of the Taegeuk roundel symbol and the wordmark “KOREAN” in blue against a white background. The symbol appeared on the left side of the wordmark, and the overall logo is minimal in its elements.
